Damages and issues
If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please provide an unboxing video of the product from start to end within 24hrs of receiving your delivery and submit your enquiry at support@theskindna.com. If you fail to notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order, we cannot guarantee a full refund for your order.
Exchange/Return
We are sorry but we do not provide a service of exchange or return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds are applicable only for damaged parcel received.
